The PhD graduates will be able to work in administrative, academic and research positions or as consultants in public or private organizations. Additionally, they could be employed in decision-making centers formulating policy for nursing or the healthcare sector in general. Furthermore, graduates could pursue a career as post-doctorate researchers in European and International research projects and exploit major research funding opportunities in the field.
