The MSc in Applied Sport Science at EUC provides students with advanced and applied knowledge in Exercise Biochemistry, Sports Biomechanics, Sports Nutrition, Sport and Exercise Physiology, Physical Capacity Evaluation (Ergometry), Coaching Design and Monitoring and more. Through a well-structured learning experience, students develop the necessary skills to plan, mentor and evaluate both the training process and physical conditioning of competitive athletes and leisure sport participants.
Students specialize in maximizing athletes’ performance in competitive sports and promoting human health and wellbeing in the wider population. Instruction and laboratory/practical applications take place in a state-of-the-art and dynamic academic and research environment, where through interactive applications, sports professionals can supplement their existing knowledge and upgrade the skills required for further professional development.
