President of Greece’s Supreme Court visits European University Cyprus

The President of Greece’s Supreme Court, Athanasios Koutromanos accompanied by eight high-ranking professors from the three Law Schools in Greece participated in the “Criminal Law” workshop organized by the Faculty of Law of the European University Cyprus on Saturday, 16 May, at the Cultural Center of the University.

Also addressing the event, together with the President of the Greek Supreme Court who is considered the utmost representative of the Greek Justice System, were a number of top representatives of the Greek Law Schools. The event attracted significant interest from legal circles both in Cyprus and in Greece, while it is also seen as an attestation of the respect and recognition conferred by the Greek legal elite to the Department of Law of the European University Cyprus.
