Career Camp at EUC Brings Youth Together

The Cyprus Youth Board and the Career Center of European University Cyprus organized a Career Camp on 16 – 18 May 2014. For three days, twenty five  Lyceum students joined the Career Camp at European University Cyprus where they had the opportunity to gain knowledge on how to develop career skills. Several tools were used to assist students understand the complexities of the employment market. During the Career Camp students were involved in games, workshops and presentations dealing on topics such as  how to improve communication and leadership skills, how to develop entrepreneurship thinking, how to use the psychometric tool “Ariadne” so as to determine which professions are suitable to their personality as well as how to utilize different job search methods.

Feedback received from the participants was positive and full of praise for the outcome and the experience students  lived on the EUC campus.
