EUC Hosts Successful 2nd Dental Symposium

The 2nd EUC Dental Symposium was successfully held over the weekend of May 3rd and 4th, 2025. The event was organised by the Dental Students’ Association (DSA) of European University Cyprus and took place at the university’s School of Dentistry.

The symposium featured lectures, seminars, and hands-on workshops, with the participation of 16 speakers and instructors who covered a wide range of current topics in dentistry. More than 250 students attended the event, providing future dental professionals with the opportunity to engage with specialised techniques and innovations.

At the same time, a dental exhibition was hosted in the university lobby, where companies from the dental industry presented information about products, tools, and modern equipment. The exhibition also served as an additional networking platform for students, academics, and industry professionals.

The symposium highlighted the important role of student initiatives in enhancing both academic and practical education and laid the groundwork for future activities aimed at connecting the student community with dental practice.
