Have you ever dreamed about becoming an airline pilot? Well, if so, then you should probably hear about our new program – Aviation Management.
First things first – it is the first Aviation Management program accredited in Cyprus. It offers you a range of subjects that are going to make you a professional in this field. Moreover, the program has been developed together with our strategic partners to meet the highest of standards the EUC always sets.
There are two paths you can choose from, whilst studying the program: Commercial Operations and Air Operations(Professional Pilot). A degree in Aviation Management specializing in Commercial Operations provides individuals with the education necessary to oversee various departments of airlines and airports. Aviation managers work at airlines, airports or other businesses within the aviation industry. In this profession, you might oversee the day-to-day operations of an airport or aviation organization or supervise an airline department. Students who follow this specialization also have the option to receive training for a Private Pilot License (PPL) if they desire.
The second one includes all theoretical (ATPL Ground School) and practical training (Commercial Pilot License), that leads to an EASA frozen Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL). All pilot training is provided by an Approved Training Organization (ATO. An ATPL is the highest license you can obtain as a pilot and is the qualification that allows the holder to act as the Pilot in Command (PIC), or Captain, of a commercial aircraft.
