GRADUATION CEREMONY 2025

Congratulations! The day you have been working so hard for, is finally here! You are now entering the proud community of the European University Cyprus Alumni Association.

GRADUATION DATES

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Before completing the Graduation Application Form, you must first pay the

Graduation gown fee either online through the website https://eurojet.com.cy/gowns-university-college  or directly at the EuroJet offices.

2. Upon payment, each graduate will receive a reference number/order number/invoice number, which is required to complete the Graduation Ceremony Application Form. The same reference number is required to collect your gown.

The Deadline to submit the Graduation Application is 31 May 2025.

ONLINE GRADUATION REHERSALS

Attendance at the virtual rehearsal is mandatory. During the session, you will receive your processional graduation number and learn all essential graduation procedures. 

GRAGUATION CRITERIA

Undergraduate Programs: Minimum Completion of at least 210 ECTS or/and pending only courses which will be completed in the upcoming fall semester except for the Pharmacy degree: 270 ECTS, the Medicine degree: 360 ECTS, and the Dentistry degree: 300 ECTS

Post-Graduate Programs: Minimum Completion of at least 60 ECTS except the Master’s in Special Inclusive Education and Clinical Psychology where eligible students will receive relevant information from the Office of the Registrar.

All eligible students will be notified by email, once they meet the criteria and are approved to participate in the Graduation Ceremony

GRADUATION PHOTOS & VIDEO

Graduates, who wish to take a portrait photo on the day of graduation and/or family photo, should be at the EUC Cafeteria from 18:00-18: 50. Alternatively, graduates can also visit the photographer’s studio, after booking an appointment.

FAQ

-Who delivers the Valedictorian Speech? The valedictorian speech is delivered by the graduating student with the highest cumulative GPA at the undergraduate level, provided they are completing their studies in May (Spring Semester) of the current academic year 2025.

-What time does the Graduation Ceremony start? The Graduation Ceremony will begin promptly at 8:30 PM. Guests of the graduates are advised to arrive at the campus as early as possible for their convenience.

-How many invitations am I entitled to? Each graduate will receive the SAME number of invitations, which will be announced on the day of the rehearsal. Invitations will be sent to you electronically. Entry to the Graduation Ceremony is only allowed with the invitation (either printed or in digital form).

-Where can my guests park? Parking space is limited. Please Park in a manner that allows for the smooth movement of pedestrians and individuals with mobility challenges.

-Where can I find the graduation rehearsal video? After the online rehearsal is completed, a link with all the relevant information will be sent to your student email.

Will I receive my degree on a Graduation Day? No, your degree will be ready only after you submit a degree application request, and you will be notified by the Registrar’s Office.
