European University Cyprus is proud to participate in the Erasmus+ Sport EU Program @ https://www.facebook.com/Goal4pdm.Project.Erasmus/ which aims to train sports professionals to become Player Development Managers (PDMs). This emerging career path focuses on supporting athletes in their personal, social & professional development, helping them transition beyond their competitive sports careers.

As part of this initiative, we have developed digital educational resources, including six Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for future Player Development Managers, along with a Serious Game designed to inform and support young athletes.
