Training of Adult Educators and Human Resources Development

Collaboration with National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA)
The Master's Degree Program is delivered in collaboration with the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM) and the Department of Primary Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), with a focus on adult education through Microteaching/Microlearning. Upon completion of the program, graduates will also receive a Certification of Training for the educational program "Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of Microteaching," issued by the NKUA KEDIVIM.
The Laboratory of Educational Design, Lifelong Learning and Communication of the Department of Primary Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens undertakes the design and delivery of the postgraduate Thesis I: Microteaching Design and Thesis II: Microteaching Implementation and Evaluation. The program is coordinated by the University’s Center for Training and Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM), which also issues the relevant certificate of attendance.
Recognition of Qualifications
The program provides credits (μοριοδότηση) for hiring and promotion in the public sector in Greece and Cyprus.
Important Advantage for Prospective High school and/or Primary School Teachers:
The training provided through the postgraduate program meets the requirements of Articles 57, 58, 59, and 60 of Law 4589/2019 (Government Gazette Issue 188 A) and grants two (2) additional points for the appointment and recruitment of High school and/or Primary School teachers in general and special education, as well as members of the Special Educational and Special Support Staff in the public sector.
The two additional points are offered without the need to attend additional training seminars through the Lifelong Learning Centers (KEDIVIM) of Greek Public universities, as is usually required in Greece.
Direct Access to EOPPEP Certification Exams Without Additional Training
Participants are eligible for immediate participation in the EOPPEP certification exams, without the obligation firstly to complete a 100-hour Adult Education training program offered by a public provider, as is usually required.
